Terms of Service
These placeholder Terms of Service describe how OUTPOST CREATIVE TV provides remote video editing services. By purchasing a plan or single edit, you agree to the policies summarized here and detailed in our engagement letter.
1. Services
OUTPOST delivers edited video projects per the plan you purchase, including a stated number of revision rounds and a fixed feedback window. Deliverables are provided in the formats listed at checkout.
2. Footage & rights
You retain ownership of your footage. You grant OUTPOST a limited license to use the footage solely to perform the editing services. We may use anonymized stills or clips in our portfolio only with your written approval.
3. Payment
Plans are billed in advance via Stripe. Single-edit purchases are billed at checkout. Subscriptions renew on the same calendar day each month until cancelled.
4. Cancellation
You can cancel a subscription before the next renewal date. Unused edits in a Pass do not roll over past the term unless agreed in writing.
5. Limitation of liability
OUTPOST’s liability for any project is limited to the amount paid for that project. We are not liable for consequential damages.
