Refund Policy
We’d rather fix a project than walk away from it. The policy below covers the cases where a refund is appropriate.
Before work begins
Full refund if you cancel before an editor has been assigned and started work — typically within 24 hours of purchase.
During a project
We use your included revision rounds to land the cut. If we’ve materially failed to deliver against your brief and additional revision rounds won’t fix it, we’ll refund the unused portion of the project.
Subscriptions
Pass purchases are non-refundable once edits are in production, but unused edits can be transferred to a different brief or postponed by agreement.
